*We determine your need and make initial suggestions concerning a solution. An engineering request is submitted and your project is placed in our pipeline.

*We meet with you to discuss our proposed solution(s). Scope of project is defined and contract is executed. Time line is determined.

*Project enters pre-production stage: Sealed Engineering Drawings (if required) are completed, manufacturing drawings are completed, permitting process begins, landlord approval process begins (if required).

*Project enters production stage: Materials are ordered and components are constructed and assembled. All components are inspected for quality control.

*Installation is completed. Quality assurance checks are performed.

*Customer Service follows up to review project completion.
